Coach: Chris Masters
Team: Junior Bruins
Masters has led his Junior Bruins to a 4-1 November record and an overall YTD record of 16-2-0. A 1999 graduate of Boston College, Chris graduated with a B.A. in Communications. Upon graduation, he played professionally for the Trenton Titans of the East Coast Hockey League. Masters was an integral part of the return to national prominence of the BC program. He was a member of back to back Hockey East Championship teams in the '98 and '99 seasons. Those teams also advanced to the Frozen Four in Boston and Anaheim, CA respectively. In '98 the Eagles fell to Michigan in overtime of the National Title Game. Masters served as team captain his senior year at BC. He was known as one of the best defensive centermen in the nation and played an integral part in the team's penalty kill. Despite his defensive role, Masters tallied 16 goals and 24 assists his senior season. In all, over four years Masters scored 93 points, and was named to the Hockey East All-Academic Team.

Markowski leads the Maksymum's in all defensive categories for a squad that has allowed only 9 goals in 6 games. Markowski leads his team into December with a team leading + 11.
Player: Clay Witt
Team: Junior Bruins
Witt, a 1991 stading 6'2 & 190 lbs. from Brandon, FL has November totals of 3-1, 1.85 GAA and a .924% save percentage. Witt, who has been among league leaders in every statistical category for goaltenders this season, had a strong November. It started with Witt making 27 saves on the road in Hooksett, NH as he led the B's to a big road win over the NH Jr. Monarchs who had only lost twice prior at that time. Witt also had wins against the Fitchburg Huskies and Bridgewater Bandits. His only loss was when the Bruins dropped a 2-1 decision to the Bay State Breakers. Witt, with the league's youngest team and crew of defensemen in front of him, has been a rock for the Bruins who sat at the top of the league as November closed.
