GREAT EIGHT - B's Take Down Kings, 8-1

MARLBORO, MA-In their lone game of the weekend the Junior Bruins (Empire) took down the South Shore Kings, 8-1, at NESC on Saturday afternoon. The Bruins got goals from seven different players and were led by the four point game of defensemen Danny Federico. Federico had a goal and three assists. Also scoring for the B's were Mike Kerdock, Charles Bando, Justin Mansfield(2), Cody Learned, Nick Foy and Zach Sandonato. The Bruins special teams continue to click as the power play scored four times and the PK unit was a perfect 7-7. The B's have a big tilt on Thursday night as they host the NH Jr. Monarchs at Kelly Rink in Conte Forum on the campus of Boston College at 7:30.
