The team, the youngest in the league, had an
unprecedented 81 point season and first overall seed for the second year
in a row. The team had an 8-1 record during the month of February and their
2-1 win at Foxboro in the last game of the regular season gave the team
its second 40 win season in the Empire League. No other team has hit the
40 win plateau in league history. The team also led the league in goals
scored per game for the year with an average of 5.75 as well as leading
the league in goals against average with a 1.93 GAA.

Dillon, a 1990 defensemen from Shrewsbury, MA led the Bruins defensemen
in scoring for the month of February with 13 assists in 9 games. In those
9 games the Junior Bruins had an 8-1 record and clinched the Empire Jr.
League's Regular Season title. Dillon also was a force in his own end helping
to keep opponents to just 15 goals scored which is good for a 1.87 GAA.
Dillon finished the season as the league's fourth highest leading scorer
amongst defensemen.

As one of the league's youngest goalies (1991 birth year), this Brandon,
Florida native finished his rookie season with a great February positng
a 4-1 record and being in net as the winnig goalie when the team clinched
the regular season title. Witt is one of two Junior Bruins players invited
to the NTDP Tryout Camp in March. Witt will be there along with teammate
John Henrion.
